Maison Real Estate is a local realtor to Brisbane's centenary suburbs. Based in Jindalee, Maison Real Estate came to Evolve Marketing in the second half of 2008 looking to rebuild their brand and increase their position in the marketplace. With bigger realty giants surrounding the area, this was no easy task. Nonetheless with a lot of market research into the area and industry trends,
Evolve Marketing was able to come up with a unique, fresh brand to appeal to the masses.
Since introducing the new brand and look, Maison Real Estate has been able to increase their sales and customer base (even with consideration of the current economic climate). Marketing collateral such as flyers and newspaper ads have also aided their rebranding process. Examples of such collateral are illustrated below.
