• Ongoing consumer demand means Golden Circle run numerous projects concurrently to ensure it meets time to market deadlines

• Golden Circle’s determination to meet these deadlines means it places stress on its internal resources

The Solution
• Working as a team member when short staffed or as an extension of their team

• Working as an external creative and design agency

• Learning internal computer systems and allocating an area of the office to allow the Evolve team to work in house and assist the team on frequent basis

• Liaising on Golden Circle’s behalf with other agencies and suppliers to ensure project information is transparent

• Write all creative and product briefs, manage creative execution and set deadlines accordingly

• Oversee New Product Development from inception to market commercialisation and develop POS creative for new product launches

• Review Presentations and set Marketing Plans

• Identify gaps in market knowledge and co-ordinate consumer insight testing and market research

• Co-ordinate sampling programs

• Follow through on internal approval processes

• Design total repackaging for 22 can skus and variety boxes
